To make a purchase, simply browse our store and add as many items as you like to your cart.

You will be asked to register, this will only take a few minutes and some basic personal data that we need to be able to complete the order.

The goods are sold on condition that they are used in accordance with their intended purpose.

We accept no responsibility for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or misusing products supplied by So Chic Nails.

So Chic Nails reserves the right to suspend accounts and cancel orders for violation of any of the terms and conditions listed here or for any reason deemed necessary in So Chic Nails' discretion without prior notice.

2.Payment​

We accept payments via Paypal or bank transfer. Paypal payments are made on a secure site provided by Paypal, we do not see your credit/debit card details. Please note that payments made by bank transfer may take up to 3-5 days to be visible in our account and products will not be displayed until we have ensured that full payment has been received.

3. Shipping and postage

​

Postage and packaging costs vary depending on the weight of the goods purchased and the destination of these goods.

Items are normally dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm.

However, please allow 24-48 hours for shipping.

If you are typically not home during the day, we recommend having your items delivered to a work address to avoid potential delays and losses.

Items ordered during a weekend and public holiday will be shipped on the next available business day, unless the order is placed during a closed period, in which case you will be notified by email.

Postal rates are subject to change without notice.

 

So Chic Nails cannot be held responsible for delays, such as postal strikes or losses which are completely beyond our control.

Please allow 3-5 working days from the date of your order for delivery to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

5 to 10 days to the rest of the world.

Products will be delivered after receipt of full payment.

Postage is free on orders totaling £50.00 nett.

This offer only applies to online orders in the United Kingdom and European Union countries.

5.Return Policy / Product Warranty

So Chic Nails does not provide returns on “unwanted” or “incorrect” orders.

If the product you received is defective/damaged/missing, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt and we will replace it.

Proof of purchase (invoice, original receipt), proof of damage (photo) must be provided.

We advise our customers to take care when opening all packages or orders received from So Chic Nails to ensure that there are no leaks, spills or damage to personal, household or others following the unpacking of a delivery.

So Chic Nails cannot be held responsible for such subsequent damage caused following receipt of the packages.
